Hi Jim,
I hope Hizzballa's missiles can't reach Tel-Aviv.
Anyway, your Spain scenario is great!
I want to finish the spain set, so I will be able to test it with your scenario.
Still I have to work for it.
Take care,
Death.

Mr. Sanchimaru;
So, maybe I should have waited for the Spanish Train set to be released. I didn't know
how much progress it was at. I did post informing that I was making a Spanish scenario.
Anyway, "
Spicy Spain" IS a blast to play, (as I am doing at the present time.)
Thanks again
Mr. Captain_Kirk76 and
Mr. Death, for your support, and yes, Mr. Death,
I am feeling a bit uncomfortable about a war going on that's only about 2 hours away, Ugh!
Here's a pic from my game.............
Always,
Jim Powers

Dear TT-forums Family;
Thank you 100,000+ viewers!
Also I thank you for your interest in keeping my simple topic at or near the top
of TT-Forums TTD Index for the last 2 1/2 years. I want to thank all you fine members
who work so hard to make The Game what it is, and are so faithful to
TT-Forums ,
and also the one and only
Mr. Owen Rudge who has made this Forum so popular.
Of course if it wasn't for
Mr. Drexler we wouldn't have a need for a forum, so, of course
we would like to thank him also.
But, trying to name all the major members who are responsible for the hundreds of features
of TTD would take too much space, but, none the less, we DO appreciate these totally super guys
for their efforts and great inventions. Thank you, Men!
Now, of course, you great guys who support and encouragement me are more valuable
than you know. Thanks My Friends,Thanks! I'm very humbled that you find my small
efforts to this 'best of all' games, worthwhile. I'll try to continue to do what I can to cause
Transport Tycoon Deluxe to continue to be the success it is.
Always,
Jim Powers
p.s. Italy is in the process of becoming a scenario.

Mr Powers - you are worthy of every view you have received.
I hope you are safe during this difficult time for your country.
Many best wishes for you and your future scenarios!!

Mr. Dave Worley;
I appreciate that, Sir, as well as you other good friends who always seem to be there with
your kind and supportive comments of encouragement. Thank you!
As for where I'm at, of course, there are no winners in any kind of war. But, it seems
to be a way of life over here. Such extreme hatred, Ugh!
Anyway, today I've been playing "
Spicy Spain" and it is a very entertaining scenario,
(even if I must say so myself.) I've been laying out the passenger/mail RR connections
and that is coming together rather nicely, a whole lot of challenging fun! Also, I've already
installed most of my shipping and fishing routes and making money like crazy!
Below is an overall screenie of my progress.
Always,
Jim Powers
P.S.
Mr. Armstrong, I understand what you're saying, but, maybe I've just been lucky,
is all, you think? Thanks, Man.

Interesting layout Jim!
I take it thats a circular railway system? They work pretty well for me
Mainly because i mess up the signaling on terminal routes
Keep up the great work!

*Thumbs up*

I dont know Jim, you certainly seem like a very talented and dedicated man when it comes to map making for TTD. I used to make maps for sudden strike 2 and i would spend hours making them but as i got towards to last area of the map i would lose interest and rush it. But of all your scenarios i have played they are superb through out, not just with looks but layout and attention to detail. And everyone has presented a unique challenge. Im still playing your "Elegant England" scenarion all the time.
Anyway ive blabbed on now. So keep up the excellent work and i look forward to your next scenario
Scenario creations will continue

Mr. Geo.c Ghost;
"
I take it thats a circular railway system?" No, Im posting a screenie or two, to let you
see more of my layout. Now, like when I build my underground subways, I almost always
use the 'circular' railway system, with loops which work quite well. I just put the SW leg
of the layout in last weekend. This week I'm going to start my 'commercial' phase.
Can't wait, (I'm an addict?)

I really do enjoy "
Spicy Spain"!
Mr. Louie Armstrong; As always, Sir, you bring me a sense of pride, (which is
unusual for me,) seeing that you understand the scenarios much better than most.
I'm grateful to you for letting me know how you feel about my work. Thanks, buddy!

That "
Elegant England Plus" is a fine scenario. It is 13th most popular
with 134 downloads in TT-forums.
Here's screenies.
Always,
Jim Powers

Actually... i think it's still on here!

Excuse me me good sirs, but what grf are needed/best for this spain scenario? Also I notice that there is a paper mill that produces paper I don't know what to do with and several coal mines with no powerplant? Would you be so kind to help me with this confusing situation.
P.S. After a closer look it seems it needs some industry GRFs, but which ones?
P.S.S. I've loaded the industries from the ttdx official newgrf page which solved the paper problems, but still no power plants?

I have just played SSpicy pain, ,and yes, there are none, i think you might have to wait for Jim Powers to come and verify this was the intended case.
What? Spicy Spain has no power?

Mr. Ar4i;
First of all, WELCOME! You have found the most popular TTD site that exists,
and it's an extremely helpful and friendly website.
Now, as you see in the screenies below, I have 3 Powers Stations in my
'Spicy Spain' saved game
called 'Spanish Express Ltd.' And it's on my 'Industry List', so, I don't seem to understand
why you don't have. Ugh!
As most of you know, I'm just a 'regular', not a 'pro' so I can't help you. But, in this saved game,
I'm using the regular Industry list, not the ESC Industries. I'm also using the fine trainset of
Mr. Blunck. Excellent European trains! That's about all the 'info' I can give you. I'm sure others
will be more helpful, just as
Mr. Captain_Kirk76 is.
Below is my Powers Station screenies.
