Hi everyone,
Here is my savegame based on one of the earlier Poland scenario. Includes some modifications.
See the power of TTD !!!
- 255 trains
- 255 RV
- 255 ships
Enjoy
BTW It would be great to have more then 255 vehicles each type...

Download my game, two posts up.
It has :
- 561 trains
- 273 road vehicles
- 24 aircraft <-- don't like them much, too easy

- 347 ships
ps you also need to load it with my config file, otherwise it will become a mess.

Wooow very impressive!!! My CPU barely handle it. I wonder what configuration of hardware you have to play this monster?
Unfortunately you have the same problem. Having more then 255 vehicles the statistics get crazy and you can't see all your vehicles

what a pity ! That's way I havn't bought more then 255 trains, rvs or ships though it is possible.
So, now I know that there's not only I who play TTD in a mega scale

Go GIANTS

Here's a scenario of the Netherlands, starts in 1921 with tiny villages (I think

). Has a lot of industries, but some distances are pretty far. I hope u like it, for the non-dutch ppl, plz check the playbility, for the dutch ppl, plz check how realistic it is

I tried to make the industries on places where they really are
And btw, it got maximum amount of towns

1986. Little Prartwood Transport has slowly taken over an area of many resources.
This game's been going for 36 years, and I've only now gotten my network that big. It started with the line from Little Prartwood Iron Ore Mine to the steel mill, then up to the factory.
Check it out.

why isint it working for me

I paist þe .sv0 in to the ttd folder right?

you have to rename it to something like: TRP22.sv1.
Important is that there is only two numbers after TRP and then .sv1.
so you have to manually remove the _113.
Than it should work.

You can find it here:
http://www.easttown.co.uk/TTDX/index.php. There's many other realistic maps too. It's even zipped

Hi, there is a scenario from Jim Powers of the Netherlands. You can find that in the thread somewhere below.
Then there is a version done by myself of the same scenario, but with some more towns and stuff. It has been posted in this thread some while ago. Try to go back some pages here.

I did and its amazing, but your preformance isnt that good, just 452, i think you can do better with less trains.
BTW the trains moved smouth but slow, i wonder what computer you have, i have a AMD 3000+ cpu

Hi, this is my first save game post on TT Forums. It's a 115 train network built on the default "Snow World" scenario. I saved it shortly after both my performance jumped to "Tycoon" and then jumped back down and I maxed out the cash limit.

I think you misread the graph.
My performance has been 952 for ages, real ages.
The performance can't realy be any higher then this because with this many trains there are always some that have to be kept in a depot since TTD changes production so much.
If I would be able to buy trains easily I just would sell them and rebuy then when needed, but since buying trains isn't all that easy I keep them until needed elsewhere.
I have an IBM ThinkPad R51 laptop, with a 1.7 GHz Intel® Pentium® M Processor 735, and an ATI Mobility RADEON 9000 with 32 Mb. I can play that game on gamespeed setting 0 instead of the gamespeed -2 setting that was in my config you used.
btw I now have 635 trains.
Noticeable Netherlands

Mr. Aero`;
You'll find my scenario
"Noticeable Netherlands" to be about as realistic as one may expect,
given the 'tools' that are provided in The Editor of TTD. It is under
"Jim Powers Savedgames"
page #21. And as
Mr. The Irish has posted, his scenario version of "Noticeable Netherlands"
is a quite good scenario also. It's on page #22. As you check these scenarios out, we
believe you'll be pleasantly suprised at the level of enjoyment you'll have in playing either one
of these two excellent scenarios.
Always,
Jim Powers

The savegame I mentioned in the "screenshots" topic.
It features
- my excellent (I think it is) PBS/presignalling station layout
- AI serving oil rigs (ever seen that before? I haven't)
- some junctions
for completeness: I used TTDpatch 2.0.1 alpha 67, ttdpatch.cfg attached, also newgrf.cfg attached
