SAC you have an amazing eye for architectural conception, lighting, and detail. Are these buildings done pixel by pixel or do you still use the old SimCity 3000 Unlimited Building Architect Plus program in some manner? If I remember correctly with that program you could still do a pixel by pixel skin type of thing and then lay it over a foundation of blocks. Regardless of the method used this is some phenomenal work.

That's because I have skipped the growth stages as I always found that to leave maps somewhat empty from trees in the end. To make it short, I have replaced most growth stages with fully grown trees, hence the density - which is what I prefer! :))

Pixel by pixel! Although the Crystal Building facade is originally a texture from a free texture downloads site, modified and changed to fit the purpose I had with this building. But the rest are pixel work, and while it may seem time consuming and difficult, it isn't. Before I went to work this afternoon I drew 4 buildings and added them to my game, but that's also due to the so called big scrapbook I have available from years of drawing, filled with unfinished work, building parts and so on, making some work rather quickly at times... :))

I'd say that even if you take a SC3K building and resize it, you still end up with a huge re-modeling in order to adapt it to TTDLX, and with that in mind it's better to spend time creating something from scratch. However, with that said I have used some SC3K buildings as models for TTDLX buildings.

Oh, and thanks! :))

Do you plan to release an infrastructure set or a skin pack for TTRS in the "end" ?

Don't you worry "Zx", INFRA will be released! :))

And for something completely different; Charlie, I did a small version of your "Station building", using your parts - although I'd say my version went from station to possibly a City Hall... or something... :))

It could, but I think it'd work better as a small town City Hall...
