Fun with city light rail.

The place to talk about Transport Tycoon

why don't you have a rail which goes around your map? okay, probably you can run a train in this map that goes from South->East->North->West and back to South....Yoeri wrote:here's the map... i won't rest 'till the whole map is full

PNG should not be bigger if it's PNG-8, which is more then enough. Just use the ingame screenshot feature (set to PNG).BeSt-Com wrote:just a testgame..................
sorry for jpg, but as png it's to big....
I have to convert 182 tracks one by one....webfreakz.nl wrote:20 years?Yoeri wrote:i just pick two industries or towns, and build a line between them....about 200 times. I'm busy for already 20 years to convert everything to maglev![]()

unfortunately i can't do that at this pc. I'm not allowed to install anything here, so i run OTTD from CD. RThe only way to get screenshots is with the 'print'-buttonDarkvater wrote:PNG should not be bigger if it's PNG-8, which is more then enough. Good point I guess.White Rabbit wrote:Why wouldn't it be? Every train has its own little sandbox to play around in and if one decides to break down, the others won't be affected. If you look at the pictures, it is only the tracks that are independent, but stations are heavily shared, so it's not like the AI's 'A to B for every train' kind of network.
?? You're running OTTD, right? OpenTTD can save screenshots directly to PNG. I am sure you have at least a few MB's on the HD or your home folder to put things. Just copy OTTD there or whereever you save your print-screened image and you're set.BeSt-Com wrote:unfortunately i can't do that at this pc. In this case you explain here, the train will slow downCasB wrote:Looks great, but I would remove the left track coming from the upperside, which crosses the track coming from the left. It's hard to explain in english
Alrighty: you've got 2 tracks coming from the upperside.
2 tracks coming from the left side.
Both tracks from the upper side connect to both tracks from the left. If you would remove the track that connects the left track that comes from the upperside with the lower track that comes from the left side, you'll get the same result as you have now, but neater
[ff in nederlands]
[/sorry english ppl]
