Yes, the problem is, we need more human sacrifices.
Do you know of any maidens that want to participate?

whoa, it doesn't work AT ALL in my dos version (i got the dos grf though)... it gives the annoying "file isn't found"-message on startup.

are you sure you didn't make a mistake in the filename in newgrf.cfg file ?

that's the odd part: i've checked that a dozen of times, and whatever i do, it won't work. odd, huh?

Remember that DOS can only have 8 characters in a file name, so if it's longer it can't find it.

So...
if the file was "newgrf/jcindsta.grf"
the entry in newgrf.cfg "newgrf/jcindsta.grf" becomes "newgrf/jcinds~1.grf" ?
[edit] I only remember that DOS can do that (roughly)
[edit #2] Yeah, I forgot that.

I wanna remind that
jcindsta
w.grf
w means windows version

uh first let me point out that jcindsta does not have more than 8 letters... it is a valid name, and i made sure of that.

i re-copied the file, and now it works. but then again, it doesn't, i get the f*** up purple colours and stuff. i guess the colours aren't converted properly, it happened before with other graphics. i'm sure it's dos-version i got though.

Without having tested the file on my own this sounds to like you have installed the wrong version. Are you sure you haven“t mixed them up?

Can someone just post the GRF file here? I can't get the RAR to work.
I can.
"jcindsta.grf"
it's this one on page 2 that i downloaded. i can't find any other dos-version, and i'm not even sure about this one, since it isn't noted anywhere.

The one on page 2 is incorrect. (It is a Windows version.)
You want the one here:

Hmmm. I want to try and make a wood station, so I can test the loading stages thingymajibs.

I discovered one minor problem with the overlap-style of doing the buildings, and that is, that they look rather odd when you put them side-by-side on a slope. Oh well. Also, the "generic industry" stations don't look right next to a forest, but that'll be fixed once we have a proper log-loading station.
