Got an error with new game generation under JGR 0.65.2 and with the Horse Carts 1.2 GRF

On generation, it reveals this error and the set is unavailable in the game

Any advice on resolving it would be welcome, thanks all

EDIT: Appears to be an incompatibility with RATT and U&Ratt - WaterwayRoads also has an error. I hope this helps in making a fix
