I like hard rock, and the angels from hell crap was inspired by listening to the Heaven and Hell album (Black Sabbath) way too many times. Just posting for the sake of posting.

Please don't go into the kitchen
That's where the knives are
And I won't be held responsible
They won't make me out to be
The monster you made me become
I'll sleep in our bed tonight
Where you once slept with her
A good night's sleep
For once, and one for you forever more
I'll sleep in our bed tonight
Please don't go into the kitchen
That's where the knives are
Aaaah, aaaah
You did me wrong and now it's time to put things right
I need you like I need a hole in the head
I'll sleep in our bed tonight
Where you once slept with her
A good night's sleep
For once, and one for you forever more
I'll sleep in our bed tonight
You can have the kitchen floor
I'll sleep in our bed tonight
Where you once slept with her
A good night's sleep
For once, and one for you forever more
I'll sleep in our bed tonight
(cue epic post-rock instrumental break)

Enough of your lyricalishness, we don't want this to just turn into a thread of unknown song lyrics!
On that note, it's the middle of the night, and I've got no one to call anymore, I'm just alone with my thoughts. Tonight it's almost as if the town has turned into a circuitboard, and it struck me that actually we can beat the sun, as long as we keep moving. We spent the evening unpacking
books from boxes and talking about
girls who play guitars, but then you had to leave. I appreciate that, but I hate it when conversation slips out of our grasp.
To be honest, my words are just hunches, and I'm not sure what they mean, but what I DO know is that you should never try to gauge temperature when you tend to travel at such speed, for that, my people, is
our velocity.
It seems a shame that probably only r will understand any of that, and he'll despise every word

Workin' for a man that you don't understand so forget it
Spendin' all your dough yeah you know as soon as you get it
Wastin' your time on an assembly line you want out of it
Pickin' up your pay at the end of the day and get out of it
And get away
Cause you're wonderin' if it's gonna change
Cause the weekdays are the same as always never changing
Make a break, another escape
I gotta get out, I gotta get out
Make a break, another escape
I gotta get out, I gotta get out
Long live the weekend
Monday - don't want to get out of bed
Tuesday - I'm walking with the dead
Wednesday - never felt so wrong
Thursday - takes twice as long
but Friday, i know where I'm gonna be
Faraway from the same old everyday ordinary
Make a break, another escape
I gotta get out, I gotta get out
Make a break, another escape
I gotta get out, I gotta get out
Long live the weekend
Long live the weekend

I am busy building a PC for my gf, and I wanted it to be finished today.
But a complete pile of errors and mailfunctions arose.
And yeah, you guessed it; I'm not finished. (I hear the evil puppetmaster laughing is arse off...

if such a thing excists)
Why do I always have that when I set a deadline for myself?
When I don't do that everything goes smoothly. (And no I didn't even rush things...)
Omen? Luck? I dunno but it's highly irritating.

Yeah. Everyone got to nominate who they found fitting for some different categoris (Best Music Taste, Worst Music Taste (Purno, of course), Who you'd most want to buy a beer for, etc.)
Someone collected all votes and announced the winner and runner-up in all the categories

Oh, the standard stuff. I've done that before on Jolt.

ég læt mig líða áfram
í gegnum hausinn
hugsa hálfa leið
afturábak
sé sjálfan mig syngja fagnaðarerindið
sem við sömdum saman
við áttum okkur draum
áttum allt
við riðum heimsendi
við riðum leitandi
klifruðum skýjakljúfa
sem síðar sprungu upp
friðurinn úti
ég lek jafnvægi
dett niður
alger þögn
ekkert svar
en það besta sem guð hefur skapað
er nýr dagur

Icelandic is wonderful, as is Sigur Rós. And Iceland in general.

Oh. For some weird reason, it reminded me of LOTR.

Icelandic is the closest language today to Old Norse, itself very similar to Old English. Tolkien based a number of his Middle-Earth languages (Rohirric specifically) on Old English and similar languages... hence the connection.
