The diagonals for the Mammoth Tipper are all wrong. For a start the back is rounded not square. It's also one pixel too narrow. The wheels in the diagonals are too shot - 2px instead of 4px. Tghe rear lights are in the wrong place. The two vertical sprites are different lengths.
Some of those glitches apply to the other sprites too
I'll post the old & new when I'm done so you can see the difference

I'll take a look at the DAF coal truck

Alignment I know they are not great - I really need to spend some time sorting it out. The spacial road tile would be nice thanks
Cheers

Is this set going to get more british vehicles? I'd love to play a full british game with british trains, trucks, buses, and airplanes

Development on this is very stop-start and depends on how the mood takes me. I'm sure there will be some more trucks and maybe the odd bus (but the HOVS taster has busses too). I was thinking on doing some helicopters but rotors were giving me grief

Can someone help please.
I have one vehicle with the steam effect works lovely. I copy & paste the code in to second vehicle and the bloody thing doesn't make smoke. Can anyone see where its screwed up?
Thanks
Bob

This seems to be incompatible with most of my ottd versions.
I tried 1.0.5, r22148, and CargoDist g40fd3900-cd. 1.1.0-RC1 is the only one that it works with.

That looks like the NFO Window in GRFMaker? It might be better to show the actual GRFMaker code, and ask the question in the GRFMaker thread. Maybe the non-smoking engine is not of type 'steam'?
Also note that you can tag your GRFMaker comments to be included in the NFO (and/or GRF). Doing that, and generating a real NFO file with GRFMaker may make the code a bit more readable/accessible for the NFO gurus here.

I would happily do that if I could work out how. The reason there is a rubbish screen shot above is that's the only option I can find in GRFmaker. That dialogue doesn't even allow copy & paste from it
This is the actual offending line (sorry screen shot again) -

What's confusing is that block works fine for another vehicle in the list
@alluke - you need 1.1.0 for the road vehicle effects to work IIRC

Why are you using a manual NFO block for smoke effect? GRFMaker is already prepared for helping you there:

As for the generation of NFO, this is how it's done (IIRC)
First you set up the NFO path in the Settings:

Then you click the 'Generate NFO' button:

It has that for railway engines but not road vehicles
- Hence the NFO block
Thanks to Anders this is the code for the vehicle that doesn't work

When you said you where going to add on in the firs thread I wasn't sure if you really where going to. Is this powered by a engine or is it electric?
