[OTTD] Conroy's Screenshots!

Hello,

I was thinking to create a Screenshot Topic and here it is!

I Downloaded this from OpenTTD Wiki and i thought it was such an Awesome Scenario. So i Builded everything i liked in here.
This is my Current Game i'm Playing. I'm "Bigwig & Co." and the Cars is the AI "StreetTraffic".

Well lets begin:

1) The Mall (The Only Big Mall in this Scenario and the Heart of Activity ).
Here is happening A LOT of Stuff: Goods are being Delivered here, Passengers are Moving around with the Bus or Car, Trains bringing Passengers there, Markets in the Promenade, Gardens that Connect the Mall to the Promenade and Even something New will be Constructed!

2) The City (A Small part of it).
Here are A LOT of Cars driving around. A Bus Station that brings People to the Mall is Somewhere in the City.
I don't put a Bus Service here because the City looks like a Labyrinth!

3) The Factory (Sawmill).
Here are the Goods being Produced. The Goods will then be Delivered to the Mall with other Trucks.

It was in the Beginning very Small but then i started Expanding... And now you have this!

4) The Main Station (Brings Passengers to the Mall and back to here).
Here will the Passengers Travel to the Mall and back. I had no Delays

5) An Airport in Construction (For getting Goods).
I'm planning to Create a Newspaper Factory and i need something to Transport it to the City. Airplanes are the Best for that Job.
And later when it is Completed Trucks will Transport the Newspapers to the Center of the City.

6) A Part of the Newspaper Factory/Forests/Paper Mill [WIP!] (Here will Newspapers come out of the Factory).
I just wanted to Create a Newspaper Factory because when you are on the Train/Bus you wanna read something. (Who not... )
It is still in Development. But later it will Produce Millions!
(PS. the Climate will change back to Temperate later)

Simple:
I blowed up the Part where the Airport will come (It's a Intercontinental Airport),
Then i fill up the Edges with Canals,
and in the Middle i put Random Station Tiles with Construction Tiles on it. That's all

I suggest to use FIRS instead

No i Stick in this Scenario to the Default Industries
Maybe later...

I was thinking...
Some Station Tiles is having Official Sprites in it from the Baseset (Not with Bit 31!)
And some Sprites (Like the Red/White Fences) are from Dave Worley: http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?p=507103#p507103
Only some parts from the Red/White Fences are Redrawed.
So i think i get a Problem if i wanna Release it!
Because of the Official Baseset Sprites!

7) The Newspaper Factory.
The Constructions are Complete and now the Money flows in.
I wait until i have Enough Production and then i will move the Newspapers (Goods) with Airplanes.

The Airport.
The Airport is also Completed. The Truck Station wil come Next to the Airport. You are seeing nothing now but later it will be built.
I am busy with Planning how it will be Constructed.

9) A Freeway (In Construction).
I want to Connect the "Hammerhead District" with "Western Southshores" to make it Easier to get from A to B with the Car.
So i build a Freeway. In the Middle will come a Bridge to let Ships pass through.
You wil also see the Newspaper Factory.

Because of the Official Baseset Sprites!

You should easily be able to replace the relevant graphics with OpenGFX ones, which are under the GPL. Drawing your own fences shouldn't be that hard either, or you could just ask the author if you can use those you currently have.

Anyway, your screenshots look really nice.

I first Remake my GRF with instead of Graphics in the PCX into Bit 31 Sprites and when it is Ready i will PM the Author later before i will Release it.
It can take a while before it is ready...

Anyway, your screenshots look really nice

10) A Power Plant.
The Citizens are Complaining about too little Power in the City. So i Constructed on a artificial island a Power Plant and the Power will be transferred onto a Small Power Station on the other Side. (If i now could Animate it then it was Cool to see! )

11) The Airport.
The Truck Station is built and later i will Construct a Truck Station in the City.
When Productions of Newspapers (Goods) is over 1000 then i will Send in the Airplanes and Trucks. It is now 908.

12) The Freeway.
Yay! Citizens Celebrating the Opening of the Freeway!
The Freeway is Finished and now Cars can come over to the other Side.
It is not so busy right now but later it will be a Standard Connection for them.

13) The Airport.
The Airport is on this moment very Busy because i Reached my "Goal": Over 1000 Newspapers (Goods).
Th Newspapers are Finally on it's way to the City.
The Airplanes are "Airbus 380" and the Helicopters are "Eurocopter Orque 4."

14) The Airport (Again).
Here you can see the Production of the Newspaper Factory.
Very High Production. Let the Money Flow in!

15) The Other Airport.
Trucks are already Driving around Waiting to get Newspapers.
I have on this moment 10 Airplanes + 4 Helicopters now.

And the Orders are Different between 5 Airplanes:
Airplane 1 T/m 5 [Western Southshores -> Narrow Island (No Loading)]
Airplane 6 T/m 10 [Western Soutshores -> Narrow Island [Transfer and Leave Empty]]
So Airplanes 1 T/m 5 is Delivering Newspapers Directly to Narrow Island and Airplanes 6 T/M 10 is Transferring on Narrow Island so that Trucks will Transport the Newspapers Further in the City.
