Were doing good! 40% of our drivers are from the forums here. We are now the 25th largest company out of 224 companies, share prices have trippled in a week.

A bit of advice for anyone joining the game. Before buying a truck, go to banking and take out a $1,000 loan. This means you can buy a decent truck straight off instead of starting out with one of the slower rust buckets.

I noticed you even have "admin" in your company. I see you got plenty of people with high driver ratings in your company, something we are trying to improve upon by drafting in experienced players from some of the failing companies and trying to assist our new drivers by training them up and then throwing money at them.

sadly I cant give you guys any tips and hints on how we work; as I would be booted out I think :P; and yes admin did create our company :D

There is one tip I can give, company contracts. They give both drivers and the company A LOT of cash.
One of the contracts we won; was giving each driver over $4000 a trip after the company takes out %11. And the company made a bucket load; but sadly, cities stopped supplying the cargo, and half our drivers had to keep re-directing their destination, and so we lost :(... but at least our drivers got some cash and some even got better trucks.

We are now getting another terminal.

Welcome to the company! Your timing is good as were about to start putting serious bids in for contracts, we've done the sums to see that we are already at a size to take on medium sized contracts.

Oh, and BlenderUser (btw what is your in-game name?), we know plenty of little tricks, I wouldn't say they are secret as most are hinted at on the forums. Plus I've learn't a lot from just viewing experienced drivers routes and habits. :D

Cheers for the contract advice, we have just held out on them till our drivers were at a reasonable driver level with decent enough trucks and endorsements.

Unknownsilant; Is my Trukz user name;

Do make sure you can get all your driver to the pick-up point of your contract; so, as soon as you win, they can all leave around the same time, to do the contract.

Doing some rough calculations the company using only 35 of the 40 drivers, we can shift 130 loads in about 4 days (distance dependant of course). Plus we are only going to choose contracts which are in close proximaty to us. With the 4th contract added A LOT of the bigger companies (there are only 20 which are large enough to consider) are now swamped so we should be able to pick one up at a good ppm now.

Ah, but we suffer from the problem of not winning the contracts! I've worked out the best time to bid is mid week (for less competition and higher ppm's). But everyone knows, and therefore practices the "Last second click" tactic, which we still havn't mastered. I think it's between 5 and 10 seconds before closing. We have a contract manager who simultaneously tries to bid on a different contract at the same time to double our chances, but that still doesn't work. Having 5 contracts for a potential 200 companies to bid on doesn't help either!
We will but try again this week.

I think im about to become banned from trukz; as Monster Jam has a nice little "Power craze"; his warned me 3 times on one hour; two about my sig being either too large; or too many pictures (Two weather gif's)
now he warned me about saying "I hate you :P "

His a funny man with all the power lols

------

I do hope I can finish the run im on, as my company will get around $250 for it.

I'm also playing Trukz, but I don't know if I'll progress faster as part of a company or on my own.

A company is good TAM because it can help you find the best routes and gives you access to terminals with extra delivery bonuses. Up to you though.

It's definitely better in America, 6 terminals and almost there with the 7th. I suppose if we get big enough in Europe though we can start doing the contract runs there.

B.t.w. just recruited another driver for Europe
