As far as I know, This one should be the latest version of ttdpbase.grf.

No it didn't. You buggered up your system. ttdpbase[w].grf is not capable of changing how anything works, only how things look.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

Hello,
I would suggest to add the newest ttdpbase[w].grf, with separated DOS and WIN archives to the http://www.ttdpatch.net/newgrf.html page. By the way, why wasn't this done yet? The April 17 version can also remain there if it is needed for anything. I think, it would help new players to find a working version for the latest nightly. It is important, considering, that only nightlies are being improved presently. Can somebody do this small improvement?

Not at the minute due to a recent lack of presence of Josef Drexler.

One can only hope the lure of the patch will one day bring him back.

To fix a bug noticed some time back, here's a new version.

(Csaboka: This fixes the bug you mentioned by ORing with 9E.)

Hmm, that explains some things. Did he make a post as to where he was going and if he would be looking in from time to time? Hope he is OK.

Rumor has it that Patchman was captured by the enemy in a WoW game and is being held for a ransom that orudge is unable to pay, however the enemy do let Patchman communicate occasionally via #tycoon.
