Hi,

i'm new to the board, but I play TTD since 10 years, openTTD about 3 months. Here an impression of my ingame "artworks". I don't usw newgrf's because I like the old-school style but this is quite cool

just give me some comments...

Though this particular screenshot doesn't seem to be that bad, could you use .png next time, in stead of .jpg?

And the shot it self is... well... quite boring, IMO.

Why is that, there isn't that much difference between png or jpg in filesize.

The difference is in image quality. png preserves the quality at pixel level, jpg does not. Therefore TTDX screenshots saved as jpg seem a bit blurred, or, with enough compression, like a random garbage of coloured pixels.
