Just a minor question, but why is it that the seperate files have different names as well. i always have to delete the old ones. and yes, i know i'm a lazy bum.
edit: allright, i'm drunk so i'm trying to get this as clear as possible... the files in the zip archive don't have the same names as the files from the previous Generic Stations alpha... if you know what i mean. you know. ahem.

Thats what I do now, and it doesn't require any additional features from the patch. The team does an excellent job, no need to pester them for minor things

Okay. Today I played some multiplayer newstations in the experimental build by peter1138 with him and Lakie. I found that basically, every industry out there had my freight station next to it. But it looks a bit odd, having cranes and warehouses next to farms, Forests and other industries.

No, it will be freight, but the freight class is filling up quickly, I havent even put the other warehouses into freight yet. Plus I still want a class for full-tile buildings suitable to be used with the freight class.
Hmm, I thought that was a fault of the short-wagons, and not of the station. Or, am I thinking of OTTD?
My suggestion for the freight class ideas:
Have the "generic" freight class, then perahaps have it have specifics in another class. E.g. "freight", "raw materials" and such forth?
