I've been searching on the European Railway Server for pictures of DB Passenger train I like.

Maybe some of them can be included

(It's possible that some of them are already on the to-do list)

Hello Purno!
Just a few things about the trains above:
1st:
This is a "X-Wagen" trainset, used only for S-Bahn services. The used locomotives today are only BR 143, but when they have went in service, it was usually a BR 111. These S-Bahn trains are used in the Rhein/Ruhr region and in Nürnberg.

2nd:
A usual double-decker trainset used in many RegionalExpress and some RegionalBahn, as well as S-Bahn trains in Leipzig and Dresden, services all around germany. Usual locomotives would be:
BR 111
BR 112
BR 114
BR 146

3rd:
Just another double-decker variant, they are a bit more modern than the older DR coaches which have been redesigned, but not as modern as the newest RE160 double-decker coaches.

4th:
I think this is a BR 611 "RegioSwinger" train. I am not sure because this is a Siemens test train, I have to look in my files a bit whether it was a BR 610 or 611.
The standard versions are used in InterRegio Express and RegionalExpress services mainly in the southern germany regions.

5th:
This is a BR 627, somekind of pre-version of the 628. They are almost out of service and in a pretty bad condition (much graffity), they few left are used on a few single tracks as RegionalBahn services.

6th:
I don't know much about them.... there are only two or three built and the DB already don't use it anymore. Two have been sold to the private rail "PEG".

7th:
The BR 771 is an older DR train, somekind of an east germany counterpart to the BR 795/798 railbuses. They aren't in service anymore.

8th:
Ah, the famous BR 420 which will be part of my job training in a few months :D
This S-Bahn trainset is currently used in Stuttgart, München, Frankfurt and soon Düsseldorf. In the late 70's and 80's they were also used in Köln. Built from 1972 up to 1996, this is one of the most succesfull EMUs ever produced in germany, a have even been exported to sweden and are used for the S-Bahn Stockholm!

9th:
I ca't say much about it, I've seen some pics about it.... I think it is somekind of tourism train line somewhere near Gotha. Anyways: This vehicle should be a unique one, so not a usual used DB vehicle. Looking at it's appearence I am pretty sure that this is an older DR train.

1. Normal S-Bahn, already drawn
2. *wah*
3. Ok, only the Steuerwagen is still missing
4. That's a Pendolino (tilting DMU). We should only include it, if it's possible to make it tilt in curves. I think George made a long bus that uses different sprites when driving around curves. Would be good, if we could use that technique for trains *g*
5. Ok, but only in the white/turquoise livery
6. What's that  definetley much too new
7. Ok, but we should eventually replace VT-95 with this
8. Didn't you even want this? (in orange and blue not red, please)
9. Cool, we can use VT-133 as base *g*

edit: oh, somebody was faster

We can make it change into red livery at a specific year without using another ID, can't we?

This livery is a bit very new

If, then I'll try to code it in a way that you can switch the ugly "red-only" livery off by parameters

What I am still wondering:
Will this set DB only, or will there be DR trains too?

If you are going DB only, things like the BR 771, this little EMU on the last picture or stuff like the BR 143 won't be possible, because these are DR-only vehicles.

wrong, in munich they now use the BR 423, yes you sometimes see a 420, but they are not used anymore, at least they arent on the main s-bahn routes
http://www.bahn.de/pv/view/service/fahr ... _423.shtml for a pic.

That's not entirely correct as I actually took a 420 to commute home from the office today. In peak hours, 420 are still in use on Munich-S-Bahn-Lines 4 and 8.

class 627, which is pictured on the 5th photo, was never painted in these colors. These DMUs were delivered wearing blue/beige paint and repainted to red a few years ago. Currently, most sport pretty ugly graffiti.

No offense, but: The proportions are wrong. The V320 is huge and very long (Example) whereas the locomotive you've drawn is really short and rather high.
I understand that TTD is unproportional in many ways but still this locomotive is way too short. Take a look at MB's DB-Set: The BR218, BR232 and DE33AC-locomotives have different lengths according to their "real-life" equivalents. The V320 ought to be even longer than DB-set's BR232.

That is correct, there is still plan-service for the BR 420.

Oh, I thought it was this DMU that looks nearly like a Pendolino (BR ?), not a 627

Saskia was planned to edit this engine, so I wait with this modification until Saskia has done her modifications. If Saskia doesn't make this engine somewhat longer, then I'll do it. Thanks for your comments :D
