There never was a 32bpp version of eGRVTS 2. Afaik, 32bpp had an explosion of interest when it was introduced, but due to the lack of 32bpp GFX basesets, support by modders quickly disappeared with only one major modder making them being why we have 32bpp at all. eGRVTS 32bpp simply doesn't and never will include anything beyond the bare basics for a 1950-2050 vanilla-ish game. eGRVTS 32bpp was not given a counterpart with eGRVTS 2 and - even though you haven't done so, I should warn you - it's considered extremely rude here to ask for it to be done as a project. A few posts up the thread above; a revision of eGRVTS by LaDonCella resolves this issue, it's currently the most recent version
