Would it be possible to show a small message on the screen when a recession is currently happening, and when the recession will be over.
Its easy to miss the News message which tells you when a recession starts, but theres no way to know when it will finish.

Or... can the game get some kind of coloured frame around the main viewport to indicate you are in a depression?

I think part of the idea of a recession is that you don't know when it will end.
