Autosave intervals are too long in OpenTTD 14.1
The possible intervals of autosaving are now much longer than what they used to be. In OpenTTD 13.1, the shortest possible interval between autosaves was one in-game month, which was about one minute of real time. In 14.1 however, the shortest possible interval is 10 real-time minutes, which is almost the entire in-game year by default and it no longer takes into account whether the game was sped up or not, meaning it may take even several in-game years before the game creates another autosave. That is a massive downgrade for me, because I used to use autosaves frequently to revert slight changes or to see what exactly led to an accident or disaster. Using them in this way now is much more limited (if not outright impossible), because reloading the newest save file usually takes me way back in the past and there are massive, inconsistent gaps between individual files. Why isn't it possible for the player to set it to any value they want, since it's no longer dependent on the in-game months? That would be much more convenient. And if there was an option for the game to take into account whether the game was sped up or not, the system would basically be perfect.

I prefer the monthly autosaves as well. It made reverting after man-made disasters (i.e. mine) much more convenient. If I didn't like the way something turned out, then I could just go back a month or two and try it again without having to replay six months worth of game time. Can we get that back?

This PR contains the reason why it was changed, but I agree that when fast forwarding it just is not saving often enough now, especially when fast forwarding you can lose big chunks of work.
