Search for posts which contain images

Suppose I want to reference in my new post an image which I have uploaded as part of another post a long time ago. However, I don't quite remember which topic it was, or what year, or whether I had actually uploaded it at all. Searching through the list of my posts is very inconvenient, because this view truncates long posts and doesn't show attachments.

Would it be possible to add a search option which would allow to filter only posts that contain images?

Unfortunately it doesn’t have a search feature, but there is a Manage Attachments page in the UCP which may perhaps help you.
