Where could have these come from?

so I was looking at this picture viewtopic.php?p=1131478#p1131478 and I saw some engines that I've never seen, like the Canadian Pacific ES44AC, BNSF Heritage 2 ES44AC and a BN C30-7 High Hood. Where could have these come from?

They look like they were made by plastikman, LJS, or DK

I can't remember exactly what's in each pack, but most or all of those look like they're part of the NA Megapack. Not sure if those exact models came from that pack, but there are loads of BNSF, CN, etc. engines in it.

Pastikman has one in the pack, DK doesn't even have Canadian stuff, and LJS only has the CP coalporter
