Rain is nothing but wet snow warmed over, so I will allow it.
However, there is a trade off. For the June, July and August contests, you will have do snowy screenshots.

Snow is finally here, just in time for Christmas! Sky slopes have been prepared, the lake is finally deemed safe enough for ice skating and smaller Christmas markets have popped up all over town. 'Tis is indeed the season to be jolly. Merry Christmas, everyone!

introduce to you mountain city with implemented metro system, highway, main railway station, new buses from Slovakia Bus Set and of course, Christmas Markets! Noone can cancel them

This is the town of Coonamble. Just out of town a farmer donated some land for a athletic grounds and they used that this year for a Christmas Party for the local farmers and town folks.
Santa Claus does not use reindeer in Australia as it too hot for them .. he uses 6 white boomers (white kangaroos) to pull his sleigh.
To the east of the sports ground are sheep recently given birth to lambs. Nice big dam near the house for water supply and swimming in. It also stocked with fresh water fish and yabbies (Fresh water crayfish).

Christmas Eve in the town of Geanhill. Located high in the Norfolkian mountains, the town has a frequent rail service and the Great Eastern Express can be seen departing. The isolated location means that there are no road connections to the town and the railway is the only link to the outside world.

Zakopane, a town in the Tatry Mountains, is today called the "winter capital of Poland". Already a few decades ago we could see here signs of future growth of tourism, such as emerging hotels or the nearby cable car to the peak of Kasprowy Wierch. At that time, however, it was a much calmer and cleaner town (this terrible smog!).

Boat Harbour is a fishing village located on the New South Wales coast, Australia. The natural harbour provides a save anchorage for the fishing fleet and calm beaches to swim at.
If you love the surf, plenty of places to go to enjoy the waves. It a great tourist attraction and the caravan park is always full during school vacations.
Local farms in the area grow grapes for wines and a variety of other crops.
One of the fishing boats reported a huge catch so other boats are heading out to sea to see what they can see.

It was really an excellent promotion I wish you continued success.

As I said to wallyweb, we could do with a little optimism. That song has become somewhat of an anthem for the year 2020 for me. Anyways, I hope the theme is open enough to generate lots of different entries

I think You Must Believe In Spring has many options for the competition.

* In the cites and towns the parks with be full of colour when the trees and flowers are in bloom.
* The ice and snow be melting.
* Farmers be about to harvest their winter crops (If it didn't snow)
* and plowing the fields ready to plant summer crops.
* Some fruits also be ready for picking.
* Sheep usually have their lambs towards end of winter and early spring.
* Winter sports will be about to play their grand finals and summer sports will have start their first games.

Did I leave any thing out that happens in spring?

Its Spring. The trees are blooming and the ice melts in the mountains. once again Nature shows how beautiful
and destructive nature can be at once.The meltwaters let the Devils Falls grow. it destroyed the old one of the Bridges. until now the Trains go on one Bridge in two directions

This is Spring Valley, a quiet little rural town.

It's a very beautiful spring day in January in Susmon City.
WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? SPRING IN JANUARY?
Must be that climate change thing, but the citizens are loving it. A day at the beach to watch the regatta ... A trip up Susmon Mountain to take in the view ... A reservation at the Old Cruise Ship five star restaurant ... A ride on the suspended monorail to see what's going on around town or to go to the airport to catch a flight to a ski resort ... All the things that dreams are made of.

The city of Newcastle with a old castle turned into a tourist attraction.
Elementary school to the left and near it is a shopping mall.
Streets aligned with Jacaranda trees in bloom and some gum trees in flower.

The ice didn't even melt, with the first rays of the sun, trees began to bloom, and residents of nearby towns went to enjoy the spring weather at the local dam.
