[CZTR / 32bpp ] - Czech total replacement

[CZTR / 32bpp ] - Czech total replacement

Hi
I wanna to show here our complete graphics replacement. Our plan is to replace all base graphics, try to redraw FIRS industry graphics and draw vehicles what will support this industry. All is based on Czech Republic enviroment.

Sets available on Bananas (ingame download)

CZTR Road set
1.0.0 - Base set of Czech roads. Include roads, crossroads, storages, bus stops, tunnels, depot, one-way roads. Bridges, crossings and vehicles will be attached in other sets.
1.0.1 - Tunnel changes.

CZTR Trees
1.0.0 - Set of the trees for temperate climate.

24.12.2018
1.0.1 - Some small changes.

CZTR Bus set
0.9.0 - Set of buses from Czech republic. (BETA - sound testing)

24.12.2018
1.0.0 - Added new buses

CZTR Ground set
1.0.0 - Set of the ground sprites,rivers,fields,walls and other graphics for template climate.

24.12.2018
2.0.0 - New ground sprites graphics.

CZTR Tram set
1.0.0 - Set of the Czech trams + tram rails in 32bpp with extrazoom.
1.0.1 - Graphics mistakes removed.

24.12.2018
1.1.0 - Added tram sounds

CZTR Truck set
1.0.0 - Set of trucks from Czech republic.

CZTR Rail set
1.0.0 - Set of rails from Czech republic.

16.3.2019
2.0.0 - A lot of things were changed, new tracks, new rail crossings. You can switch between arcade or realistic mode.

29.4.2019
2.1.0 - We added more railtypes. Switch parametr was delete.

CZTR Train set - Engines
1.0.0 - Set of trains from Czech republic.

16.3.2019
1.0.1 - Duplicate engines from new Engines sets were deleted. This GRF will be suspended in the future.

16.3.2019 - This GRF was suspended.

CZTR Train set - Wagons
1.0.0 - Set of trains from Czech republic.

16.3.2019 - This GRF was suspended. It was split into Passengers and Cargo Wagons.

CZTR Train set - EMU
1.0.0 - Set of trains from Czech republic.

16.3.2019 - This GRF was suspended. It was split into new EMU GRF.

CZTR Ground set
1.0.1 - Set of ground sprites - graphics changes test

CZTR Effects
1.0.0 - Set of effects for OTTD

CZTR Stations
1.0.0 - Set of railway stations

CZTR Rail addons
1.0.0 - Set of railway addons

16.3.2019
1.0.1 - Added second part of depot Kácov. Mistakes in buffer stops were fixed.

29.4.2019
1.0.2 - Added second part of moder depot Praha-Jih.

CZTR Engines - Steam
1.0.0 - Set of steam engines.

CZTR Engines - Electric
0.9.0 - Set of electric engines.

29.4.2019
0.9.2 - A lot of new electric engines were added. We will make some small edit before we release v. 1.0.0

CZTR Engines - Diesel
0.9.0 - Old diesel engines were moved into this new grf. They will be remake in the future in next patch v. 1.0.0.

CZTR Engines - EMU
1.1.0 - Set of EMU engines. New GRF.

CZTR Wagons - Pass
0.9.0 - Set of passengers wagons. Splited previous wagon GRF.

CZTR Wagons - Cargo
0.9.0 - Set of cargo wagons. Splited previous wagon GRF.

I cannot but break my looong silence and comment on the nice work here. Congratulations!
Vehicles lights are an issue, but the blame rests on OTTD limitations.

What do you mean ? Vehicles lights are my test. I only tried how does it look and I think that it is ok :) Look like better if vehicle has front white lights and reaar red lights on :)

Let's keep an eye on the big picture, please. To make any chance for success, first all houses, industries, etc need to be converted. After that, I think vehicle lights would become more of something to look at.

Nonetheless, so far it's looking great.
Being a OpenTTD developer does not mean I know what I am doing.
Also, other OpenTTD developers may have different opinions.

One side of the bridge is done. Bridge is too low (for cars/trains) so need to be build 2 units high bridges to get optimal result (tram bridge cattenary are not finish yet) . 1 unit high bridges are available too. Still thinking about shadows under the bridge. Yes or not? :/ Bit it seems that I will remove the shadows under the bridge cause it makes wrong shadows with high bridges.

PS: How to place picture in text? I can put only attachment without a preview. Thx

The image has to be 800px x 600px or smaller. But, don't do that. These images are gorgeous to view in full size! :)

This looks really gorgeous.

I love the dead-end roads. But did you check how they look like when a vehicle turns there?

planet: End of the roads is OK. A long vehicle like bus turns good ahead of the gravel and sign. Only "turning" bug is at tram track, because OTTD track-loop is not real. So I have to build big end station loops like in real tram tracks. In the picture you can see kinds of tram track ends.

Si tak říkám když vidím to ukončení tramvajové trati v panelech... Nevešla by se na to políčko nějak rozumně kolejová spojka? V době dvounápravových obousměrných vozů to byl běžný způsob ukončení trati a to že OTTD postaví na chvilku vůz kolmo ke kolejím považuji za přijatelné zlo.

I'm happy that I can welcome the new member to my "team". My friend "Couda" - in this forum - started to make czech cargo wagons. You can see some of them int the next picture. Pictures from the game will be add in next week :wink:

The first engines and two wagons are in the game. I stoped works on the road's bridges and start to work on rails. Because friend need them to set offsets corectly. So, the first ingame screen you can see in next picture :)

I continue with rails. Junctions are finished. In the picture you can see some more wagons by Couda. They are completely finished. They have cargo animations too. More info in future posts.
