A new version of Singapore Town Names has been released!!!

Version = 0.21.1
Changes:
1) All bridges to/from Malaysia only available at Woodlands and Tuas.
2) 3 new towns added: Bishan, Toa Payoh and Yio Chu Kang.
3) 1 more company named TNC which serves Jurong Island is added!
