[Scenario] FIRS (v1.3.0) Playground v0.1

Hey everyone,

This is the FIRS training scenario in addition to my FIRS Cargo Flow Chart.
Who is using this chart, will easy understand the dispersed industries on the scenario-map.

From the beginning, there are 4 different adjusted variants of every primary industry.
The 4 production rates are: 25%, 50%, 100% & 200%.
(There is only one recycling depot [set to 200%], cause it is only one allowed per city - FIRS-restrictions)

ATTENTION!
If you not build, while the game is paused, please be noticed that the production rates are varying.

(-> Advanced settings -> Constructions -> "When paused allow:" -> "All actions")
The primary industries are beeing placed in order to can build a 5-platform station in front of, but without having influence to the neighbour industry.
