Does entering a custom value not work?
Other than that, the system should be fixed; i.e. 'Lower' ain't 'LowerAndEqual' than the value set.
IMO it makes more sense to say "this is the revision that broke compatibility" than "this is the revision before the revision that broke compatibility". But in that case, the description at least needs updating.

Guess that it is this. Are you using a Non-Canadian NewGRF with ID 43 41 or an 1.1 version of a Canadian set next to 1.6?

No all the Canadians GRF are 1.6 and all are disable is I use them with other GRF. But if I use the 1.1 with other GRf I have no problem.

If I use the Canadians GRF 1.6 alone, they are working.

There is an issue with "OpenGFX + Airports". There should be no problems with other GRFs. Can you post a list of your non-Canadian GRFs that you are trying to use?

I see all are green. Where are the conflicts (red)?
I do not have all those GRFs so it would be very difficult for me to test with your saved game.

those are the 1.1, no conflict. I will replace them with the 1.6 and I will do a zip of those GRF so you can have all that I have. after that message.

I try to upload the rar, but it seem too big. I try to take only what I have use, but some are hidden in many files across the com.

If you have Skype I could send them to you? It wont work by email, just too big and the "dropbox" wont work for me.

But the new ones (v1.6) have a problem with the old ones (v1.1).

All Canadian graphic files are available as v1.6. Earlier versions are no longer recommended, they may still work, but then they may not.
... If I use the Canadians GRF 1.6 alone, they are working.
That is the idea.

As wallyweb mentioned, at present, the only non-Canadian GRF that could give you problems is OpenGfx Airports. Should that be the case, there is an updated version (Canadian (OG) Airports v0.4.2) available on request.

I suggest you replace all Canadian graphic files that you use with the v1.6 equivalents and enjoy a problem free gaming experience.

I don't use OpenGfx Airports. What is that Canadian airport that you talk about?

Simplest is to post a png image as you did before, but this one to include the Canadian v1.6 files.

The second png is what I was looking for.
What you need to do is starting with the first green GRF, disable (make red) or remove each in turn, until the Canadian GRFs turn green.
That will let us see which GRF is in conflict. Let me know the name of that file.

That one is the culprit ... this is a very young GRF, where its author has chosen to conflict with Canadian graphics file ... no further comment ...

If you don't use OpenGfx Airports, then you won't be interested in Canadian (OG) Airports as both are the same, except the latter has been made compatible with Canadian graphic files.

The real story is just that OzTrans feels the urge to consider "his own" all newGRFs which start with CA as he totally needs 65k newGRF IDs, hence he makes his newGRFs disable if they find some other newGRFs he considers inferior.

For no reason. But blaming anybody else for making a newGRF start with CA and making the newGRF incompatible for no reason, is bringing nothing but problems. And if it so is your decision, give people the true reason that it was YOUR decision to break YOUR newGRF if other newGRFs are found, but do not blame others.

P.S. The somewhat official convention is to give newGRF ID according to authors initials, hence CA could have many people.

Could be interesting to find out the original idea behind that grf-ID, e.g. by scanning #openttd logs.

It seem that the Japaneses train set was the responsible for the conflict.

Now A question about a wagon. The Steam generator unit do what?
