What I was on about was that a train can be late at Station A but by the time it gets to the next stop its back on time due to having excess running time between stations which does happen a bit. The late trains skipping stations in my experience only happens during severe disruption and is down to the TOCs control usually.Jacko wrote:Its called late trains skipping past small stations.
