In 1999 NS Reizigers came with plans for renewing the Dutch railway system, which came with new high speed trains, new local trains, new train services and new liveries. What if they went through with their plans? This alternate history train-set explores that very idea by adding the trains and liveries that were proposed way back in 1999. Completely balanced for use with the Dutch Trainset 2.
