This is the wiki page I found it from, I really wanna find it since it dates back to the 1990's:

Many of the maps from the wiki scenario list are lost and I'd love to collect all of them, especially this one:

Yes, I put in a request specifically to fix this issue. The wiki is actually in the middle of being moved and a lot of old pages which haven't been maintained are getting a cleanup and reorganization.
