See here: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=9916&p=965147&hilit=sndd13#p965147 (the post by Emporer Darth Sidious)

It would appear that you need the Sherman Hill No Mod version.

Hope this helps.

.....then you need to access the editor after loading the scenario.

Edit: My mistake, editor first, then load the map. Then go from there.

The sound files that are required are in the default Objdata folder.

Edit: Also there is a Readme file attached to the scenario with some specific instructions.

First of all, I have found that the snd files you are looking for are in the US set and The Serpent. Also, I have found that the other SNDD files that you seek are in the original Objdata folder.

When you first installed Locomotion, you did make a copy of the Objdata folder didn"t you ??. If you didn't, then I suggest you uninstall then reinstall Lomo.

Making a copy of the Objdata folder is the first action you must take before you do anything else. If something goes wrong then you always have the original Objdata folder to fall back on.

I have no idea what sndd13.dat refers to, be it rail/road/air, or other. Emporer Darth Sidious may know. You can try to send him a PM, although he hasn't been around for awhile, he's moved on to other things.

If I have any further info I will let you know, in the meantime keep searching.

@isbc: I didn't say it was. It looks like its from one of Plastikman"s paks. There are other sndd files that he needs that are in the original Objdata folder.

Hello norfolksouthern16,

Greyfox told me that you might needed help. I'm sorry to say this, but I can't help you. I would like to help you out but I dont know how to do that...I haven't been on the forums for years, don't know anything about mods (not even the old ones that I created and spend hours on to build or how I did everything I did with the game) and I haven't played the game for years either. I use Windows 10 and I don't even know how to get the game running on my PC  so I don't even have it installed anymore either. All of the files for my old mods are on my old PC wich has crashed it's C-Drive a few months back, so It's even a small miracle that I still remembered my login-data for these forums and at least could leave a response here.

It's like Greyfox said, after 14 years (2004-2018) of playing this game I moved on to other games like Transport Fever 2, Train Simulator 2020, Farm-Simulator '19 and Truck Simulator. I don't have any interest in Locomotion anymore and don't want to come back to the game and all of it's mechanics wich are truly outdated, 16 years after it's release.

Nevertheless I hope for you that you will find what you need, perhaps someone else can help you...I'm suprised that people even play this game today, even when there are so much better games now.

So good luck with that mate...

Ooow, and now that I came back for a brief moment, I hereby grant my total permission to use the mods that I made for the game and do with them what people like (of course only stuff that was made by me, I cannot give permission for work from other creators like Zimmlock, Plasticman, Tattoo, Walter1940 or other creators that granted me permission to use their work in my mods). Only thing I ask, that if someone uses my old mods, please mention my name in the ReadMe-files if people use any of my work. I probably won't get back here soon...I don't play OpenTTD and I don't intent to play Locomotion again (because when I do I have to start all over again and must go back to school as well to learn all the stuff that I used to do :D )

Regards,

Erik
