Tunnel end

When building tunnel and the 'v' key is pressed, the end-tile of the tunnel will be visible in new view-port.
Useful for precision tunneling and imitating the Gotthard Tunnel!

Updated patch.

Viewport will now stay focused on tunnel end.
New viewports will also correctly center on higher map levels.(FS6537)
