script bad rail / replacement signal

Its exist script:
- to detect bad rail like: if a rail are no join, delete him?
- to replace signal 1 distance by 8 distance without remove rail?

to remove signals without removing the rail, press the "build signal" button, and then the "bulldozer" button (or press "R")

And if you press CTRL while dragging in the direction, it will remove all signals up to the next split/join/station/waypoint. If you then do that while placing signals, it will place signals every X tiles, where X is set on the signal toolbar.
