hello I have openttd 1.10.beta 2 on Windows 10 for a short time and I wanted to install an ia but I got an error message which said that it could not install it I think it don't have the permissions to do it but i don't know how to give it or something else help me please

Easy workaround: just grab the zip from downloads, and unpack it in a directory you can write to. Start OpenTTD from there (there is no need to install it).
