As you wait for the next feature, enjoy some intermission screenshots, both from the same line in a British setting.

The new map is proving to be a hassle, so shots have been postponed. We thank you for your patience. :P

I think I'll use one of uktrackbuilder's old landscapes instead.

Do feel free I currently have a greyscale file created using GIMP that is like the current photoshop thread and it worked beautifully, I created it using my custom Objdata folder now I am going to invert it and create it on a clean install version of Lomo

If it comes out how I think it will, it will be a good offering

And finally, I begin working through the kinks of the new landscape. It's quite agitating.

Here are a few of the first stations:

I must be the only one wondering why the bus is driving on the other side of the road in the UK, and why a level crossing invented in 1955 is present in 1904.

I wanted a UK scenario, but I made that decision after getting my hands on the landscape. Uktrackbuilder selected the North American region when he made it.

Also, I got tired of having to replace the crossings so I made an identical one and lowered some variables. It's available in 1792.

Lomo can be played before 1900?

Not really, but objects can be invented before 1900.

One of the towns in the game has been growing exceptionally fast. I always expect this, but there seems to be one in every game, picked randomly.

Now for real screenshots! These show the details of my only rail line in operation so far.

I love this station, and this town. In order to prevent it from building roads across one junction, I created a one-way road system that works quite nicely.

Apologies for the lack of screenshots, but I've been quite busy applying to schools and keeping up with work.

That was part of a mod idea which was in testing earlier this year. It's supposed to represent a disused track.

Here is the discussion. Personally, I like the earliest concepts more than what I have.

Nice...

I do like the buildings, industries, and stations you are using....and the rolling stock.

It does make a change from that supplied with the game!

Yes, Real life does intervene now and then....;)

I will get more lomo done some time....:)
