Deadline for submissions is around 10:00 GMT on the 21st of February.
Current competition theme is High Speed Rail
Voting is currently OPEN for January/February 2021.
Deadline for voting is around 10:00 GMT on the 1st of March.
Competition Rules
- All participants must register an account on tt-forums.
- NewGRFs should be submitted to this thread. Please make sure your entry is in an "attachment" and not just a direct link.
- You're allowed to publish the NewGRF for your entry at any time, outside of the competition, but you're not allowed to submit a NewGRF that has been made before the start of the competition.
- NewGRFs may only be submitted in GRF or TAR format, compilers will produce either of these automatically.
- Any license is allowed for your NewGRF project, but by submitting it you agree to it being shared by the organisers in this thread.
- Up to 2 NewGRFs may be submitted, but only if limits have been reached or to separate functions.
- Entries are allowed to contain multiple types of content, such as trains, tracks and stations, hence why you're allowed 2 files.
- You are encouraged to provide a screenshot, and/or captions in order to elicit greater voting.
- Only one entry per participant. Entries may be withdrawn or replaced at any time before the deadline.
- The competition runs for 2 months at a time.
- If fewer than three entries are submitted by the end, the competition will automatically roll over to the next month. If after two months there are still fewer than three entries, the competition moderator will declare the competition a draw, and select a theme for the next competition.
- The winner is offered an opportunity to suggest a theme. The theme will be chosen by the organisers, based on the suggestion, to allow for a broad range of NewGRFs to be made.
