Appreciate your compliments.

Glad you like.
Yes, a lot of the bigger sporting complexes have multiple fields, or a trainingfield next to the main stadium.
Good point .. shall keep them in. Good having another opinion as some time they think of things don't.
I dont know if anyone has mentioned this before, but those nice stone walls look a bit odd being just one pixel thin...
Good point again .. see if I can find some thicker ones.

Working on another set of seating looking from the back. These can be toilets and places to buy foods and office sections.

Added some more open-air seating. These have kiosks and toilets underneath them.

Need to hire some people to do some work to the pathways on the corners.

Be a bit busy tomorrow, so could be Thursday.

Cheers all

Top work as always garry. I was thinking that maybe you could add a ground sprite group with just a collection of the ground sprites used in all your sets, just to make them easier to find. What do you think?
also maybe some overlays?

Could be a good idea. Can they be coded into each of my sets instead of having them separate?

This I'd be unsure of. I think it would probably best on its own. But I will let you decide.

I had a try adding it to a object set .. but did not work. No errors were reported, but did not display the name any where.

So looks like it has to be on its own.

But if you like to experiment more then happy to upload source of what ever object set you like and you can try. maybe you have the magic touch. :D

I just made up a set of "Object_Organiser" of the objects sets I done.

Those of you using the "Object_Organiser" that "JohnFister" has done might like to use these as well.

I did a "Object_Organiser" for:
CarParks & Subways
Creeks & Rivers
Add-Ons
Fences
Power & Telephone
Sports

JohnFisher I think he has got the rest covered.

I hope to upload AuzSportObjects very soon, but before I do wonder what your opinion is on some fences.

I originally built these fences to out around the outer area of the sports grounds.

But wonder if I should have used the Town Wall fences I made several weeks ago. (Town walls are the Southern walls of this image. I'll will put gates on the gate way if these fences are preferred).

Which one you think best?

Once I get these sorted, I do some with people on the pathways.

Out of those two? The first one.

But I think that in my games I would put a metal fence around them (loads of those around, also from you).

Same thoughts.
In case you prefer stone, my opinion is to color it. Gray isn't fitting so well with the rest.
2nd one is out of question: too bright and shiny. Reminds me of a prison.

Appreciate your feedback. Some times when I make things not always sure what way is best, so good getting other opinions before I spend to much time designing something not needed.

I presume you mean the metal wire mesh fences. Will make a special set for the sports so it will include the pathways and lighting. That way roads and other buildings can go right up next to the fences.

See what I can get done in the next 48 hours so can upload them for the weekend.

Cheers

I think the AuSportObjects is ready to be uploaded.

Here a preview.

It has the following sports:
* Car Racing
* Horse Racing
* Athletics
* AFL (Australian Football League)
* Baseball (still needs to be upgraded)
* Basketball (eventually will upgrade this as well)
* Cricket
* Golf
* Hockey
* NRL (National Rugby League)
* Soccer

You will find seating, grandstands, stadiums, fencing (2 types) and people.

I hope to add more sports to it eventually.

Like startinggrid etc

Ahhh, I see.
Could those be separated and for exampe be made part of the regular Auz-sportsobjects? Or enable/disable the roadtypes via parameter?

They was originally in AuzSportsObjects but suggested to me earlier to separated the live race tracks, so I out the overlaps with them.

If they used with object roads, they not really need be overlaps they could be just normal object pieces. If making a object race track a person could add some interesting combinations of chicanes and hair pin bends as seen of some race tracks.

I see, no prob, with the sources I can now adapt the GRF to my "needs". ;-)
