Music samples

Post by spaceman-spiff »

Listen to these great samples
http://www.transportgigant.com/images/m ... undmix.mp3

These songs really fit with TT
And they change over the years
Country western start, bluesy middle, disco, rock
Everything is in it

Ooh, there's going to be plenty of music, at any rate! :)

@Born Acorn
When it's time for jazz, there will be jazz. If it's time for Rock'n'Roll, it will be.

What I try to say is, the music will change through time. You will not hear hard rock in 1920 ;)

Does this mean you start out with Bach Sonate #24 opus 4?

Erm ... Johann Sebastian Bach lived from 1685 - 1750.

The game will start 100 years after his death. So I think it's better for us to start with some kind of Western music ;)

I realized afterwards but I didn't feel bothered to edit my post. It was more to get a reaction of what music style we should find during the first part of the game. Btw: rock 'n' roll was born in the 50's but is still played today (thank heavens), we aren't getting house music in the 1990's huh? Then I will never buy the game (oh, can I switch the music off? :wink: )!

Western locomotives should be accompanied by the appropriate background music. Here you can listen to a first sample
