It's really a curious game, and pretty, but for me...
OTTD is always on my heart :oops:

By the way, the final explosion it's awesome :) :D

Apparently it's even closer to TTO gameplay-wise compared to OTTD. But it's still very early, it's up to the devs mind.

Is nobody playing this? The pre-alpha has been out for a week already on itch.io and there are already a ton of mods. Rail signalling right now is just block and presignals, so all I've made is spaghetti. No multiplayer yet, though it's planned.

I've not yet played but it piqued my interest earlier. It seems it has a small factory-building side which really makes me think of a Factorio X OTTD love baby. 20 bucks is a bit steep now but seeing as I get a Steam key with that I might buy it sometime soon.

Edit: ok it was stronger than me, I bought the game via Itch yesterday. Played it for a bit, it's actually very playable already. Having more fun than I had with Rise of Industry and haven't even got to the production belt mechanics yet. Very promising game, and it looks stunning.

I took a look, but it only has (pre?) and block signals so far? I don't think I'm going to bother with that in 2019; that was annoying in the original TT 20 years ago ^^;

So a game in pre-alpha doesn't have the extensive signals implemented over a couple decades in other games yet? Colour me absolutely perplexed.

In other news, they did actually rework some of the signals in the recent update. Haven't played around with it but I'm at least checking out this video to see what's new. EDIT: it's still just block and chain/pre-signals, if you dabbled with trains in Factorio it's the exact same.
