I've noticed quite a few times that one of my trains breaks down just after it's left a depot, with the rear carriages still in the depot.

Is this just bad luck or am I doing something seriously wrong?!

How old is the train? If it's getting very old, replace it, with a newer model if possible (depending on the reliability).
