How does bank production changes if at all? Is there a way to influence it by transportation?
Nothing much in manual except "Bank production never changes". Does it mean it never changes though the game at all or just because of player actions?

According to the game instruction manual banks will indeed not change their production values. Which I presume also means it won't go up if you transport it like other industries (on average, after RNG) will do. They also never close down, which i didn't know, and is a shame is not the case for real life banks.
