[OpenTTD]Final goals of mine

Final Goals:
256*256 sub-tropical map
1. All trains' routes have no slopes.
2. All trains run at full speed, and even minor break downs will not cause blockages.
3. All resources are transported, and the delivery rate for each resource is above 80%.
4. Establish passenger loop routes that connects all cities.
5. Establish two factory centers in opposite corners of the map, where all industrial raw materials are transported.
6. Establish two goods centers in the other two corners of the map, where all goods are transported.
7. All cities achieve continuous and full-speed development.
8. Unless under special circumstances, all land is leveled to height 1.
9. Achieve a company rate of 1000.
I played this game many years ago, but unfortunately, the save file was lost. I am starting over again this time.
In my previous playthrough, I built a mountain city, which was very beautiful. However, this time, due to the use of a 3x3 grid, the mountain city doesn't look as beautiful, so I won't include this goal this time.
