I recently came across Spanish and Italian versions of TTO:

Or maybe somebody recognizes the logos at the bottom of the Spanish retail box? Looks like MicroProse had a distribution partner in Spain.

The bottom-right logo is for Proein, which was the local distributor for Spain of SCi Entertainment, and it was sold to Koch in 2008:
