Best World Map Scenario for stable version 1.4.3?

Hi, I'm new to this and I love the game.
What would be the best scenario that has all continents. I saw this patch of CarstsWorldScenario but which does not apply or use it to operate such scenario is needed.
To see who gives me a hand or help me with a scenario of the world or the last compilation that has the patch to run the map CarstsWorldScenario
