Can anyone make me the Titanic as a ship for me to use on long routes between place to place?

People have asked for years, nobody's released one yet. So, I doubt anybody will make one just for you. However, it isn't difficult to learn the basics of NFO and NML, along with playing with pixel art or a 3D renderer to make it yourself.

i don't know which history lessons you attended at school, but the titanic definitely was not a paddle steamer

"Sort of", as in "seafaring vessel that carries large(ish) amounts of passengers."

Why do you even want the titanic? The titanic sank on its first journey. That would mean that your passengers will never pay for the journey, because they are dead.
