I'm not sure that's a traffic jam, so here are a few:

I hate how road vehicles always bunch up. And can't drive around congestions. Hopefully they'll get some love on day :/

If the vehicle isn't articulated, and is faster than the vehicle in front of it, it can pass. Most people don't use a variety of vehicles with a variety of speed, though, they tend to use the same vehicles which all travel at the same speed.

I know, what I meant was more like a path-finder to drive around loading vehicles and such using a different route altogether. But, right, the articulated road vehicles can't overtake thing also should be fixed. And of course all those clipping issues. No diagonal roads or road types either.

It's a surprise road vehicles are even allowed in the game, what with all those open issues

Nice shot! Advice... rise Your land and build bridges on slopes (cuz the tunnel underneath) so buses wont go over tracks!
