After playing some multiplayer, I am back at Svalbard. The company is doing great. Diesel traction has now entered service in almost every local train and it will not take long before the long distance and freight trains will be al diesel ánd electric!

Re: OTTD screenshots from Klaasgras
So, here I am with some new screens! The company now owns 74 trains, 83 road vehicles, 8 ships and 2 planes. Whe are getting into modern times now. More and more electric trains are bought for the expanding electric network. Longyearbyen now has a electrified city network, with 3 routes connecting the city and its newly build suburbs with surrounding towns.

The year 2000!
The company replaced most of the diesel hauled passenger trains with DMU´s, the others will be replaced by class 67´s. The most common engine on the network is the Class 58, especially for coal trains.
Then electric traction: All EMU´s are now being replaced by Electrostars. The companmy owns 7 AL6 loco´s, 4 Class 90´s a Brush Avocet and 10 Class 92 engines, in use for heavy freight traffic.

Re: OTTD screenshots from Klaasgras
Hello to all my viewers!
I am sorry that this will be the last screenshot of my Svalbard game and also the last OTTD screenshot for a long time. In a few days, I will be joining the crew of the multipurpose dry cargo carrier MV Marietje Andrea. I am a student at a maritime academy and learning to become a fully certified Officer of the Watch on any merchant vessel. As a result, I need to gain operational experience and that is why I am boarding the Marietje Andrea for 5 months. Living on board of a ship is different from my life as it is now because, I have to work and study a lot and won't have much time playing this great game!
I will probably be flying to Kokkola in Finland next thursday, but I will get the final call tomorrow.
If you people would like to track me down, you can follow me on Twitter https://twitter.com/BenjaminDeZwart. I will also keep some kind of online diary http://benjamindezwart.waarbenjij.nu/. I will only write in Dutch however.
So everyone, keep playing and developing, I will browse the forums now and then and will see you back in January!
