last bridge type using Ctrl+drag [trunk since r14805]

This patch allows to use Ctrl+drag to build a bridge of the same type as the last bridge built. This, of course, only works, if the last bridge type built is available for the length of the new bridge to be built. If not, the usual bridge selection dialogue is displayed.
