Is this the max # of trains i can run in ttdpatch?

I cannot build anymore, and i feel like when i ran the game 9 or 10 years ago that i could build A LOT more. I have a couple 1000ton coal mines that i cannot take advantage of because i cannot build anymore vehicles. Didnt the patch create a much greater limit?

Try setting your
morevehicles switch to a higher number, and make sure you have
more trains turned on.
