Check out some of my work
Re: Random Screenshots
Quite obviously, I'm on about the majority of NewGRFs there. Fake Airportsjake.grimshaw wrote:If you are referring to the parking lot, it is infact from the Canadian Station set. The helipad, the barrier and the two buidlings are from Fake Airports. It's from Fake Airports

My Scenarios:
Archipiélago Hermoso (Latest Release: Version 3.2)
Turnpike Falls (Latest Release: Version 0.91)
Re: Random Screenshots
Currently playing a game online at Peter's UKRS server on 1.0.0-beta1 (http://www.openttd.org/en/server/23741). Having a good time, some great GRFs, anyway.
Here is a list of GRFs used: This is a picture of the companies in-game and their status'. And here is a picture of the entire map we are playing on. More pictures will continue in the following post.

Re: Random Screenshots
This was my very first line that didn't fail, I had another line between two industries (Gravel and Engineer's Yard) but they both shut down. It connects Plendinghead Heights and Sadinghattan Ridge Woods, shown in the picture after this.
Here is the main station (Sadinhattan Ridge Woods) which currently accepts Passengers, Livestock, Goods, and Grain. You can see that there is a line leading away, that will be a goods line to a later town, no trains are currently on it.
This shot is of a junction between the single line sideline and the mainline (does that make sense?) which leads to Sadinghattan Ridge Woods.
Re: Random Screenshots
Here is a picture of the goods drop that I currently have set up, Sinnpool.
This is my only other sideline that I have set up, another farm that goes to Sadinghattan Ridge Woods.
And finally (for tonight, at least), I have my first goods train, not long enough because I didn't have the cash to buy the necessary wagons.
Re: Random Screenshots
The death of the transport... the goods drop stopped accepting goods so the profit dropped.
OpenTTD 1.0
Well, I figured a picture like this would sit well for OpenTTD 1.0 on the website..?
My Scenarios:
Archipiélago Hermoso (Latest Release: Version 3.2)
Turnpike Falls (Latest Release: Version 0.91)
Re: OpenTTD 1.0
If you look on this page, right below the infobox, you will see a screenshot just like yours. It would be nice for that to be updateChrill wrote:Well, I figured a picture like this would sit well for OpenTTD 1.0 on the website..?

Re: Random Screenshots
That one's not complete, though. The name OTTD, for example

Maybe not... http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=46598Chrill wrote:Well, I figured a picture like this would sit well for OpenTTD 1.0 on the website..?
Re: OpenTTD 1.0
Did you notice the blue bar is still visible at the top? You don't want people to think that OpenTTD only works on WindowsChrill wrote:Well, I figured a picture like this would sit well for OpenTTD 1.0 on the website..?

Re: Random Screenshots
Petern's server is back? Nice.

Re: Random Screenshots
I took a picture of an almost epic battle between a road vehicle and a train while playing with SimpleAI.

Re: Random Screenshots
Factory + Food Processing Place + Water + Town = Big station
xD

Re: Random Screenshots
It. Is. Here.
What, you might ask? Well, CargoDist and IS2! Me and SpComb both merged CargoDist and IS2 and we are still playing on his server. Feel free to join... Here are some screenies from the game
This is a picture of (almost) the entire map so far. Here is a train from my company running on SpComb's central Lonnton station. This is a complex CargoGraph for the main Lonnton station.

Re: Random Screenshots
Since then, I went bankrupt and started a new fantastic company with a great profit. And sparr joined!
Here is the bottom left corner of the map mostly created by sparr and used by me to connect my farm stations to his factory. This is the factory drop that is serviced and transport by my trains. And here is SpComb's Wrindwood station, which has no major significance, but I though I'd show it here.

Re: Random Screenshots
Just some station which i would like to share...
Re: Random Screenshots
Some random screenies of my current game.
Above is my second station - it services 80 trains.
Above is my primary station - servicing 118 trains (roughly 85% of my network) including some metro trains out of the pic. You can also see some abandoned tracks which were ditched back in the 50's.
Above is the southern part of my network. The network is pretty linear and almost all track flows down through either Fardinghead (primary western station) and Gendhead (primary eastern station) into Lonnwell. There is one east-west line but remains relatively minor. The double track near Lonnwell is not for random selection - one track is for western trains and one is for eastern.
The line from Lonnwell-Gehill City consists of four metro trains each with a capacity of just over one thousand. And yes, to the south of Lonnwell there is a second airport - otherwise known as Lonnwell Terminal 2.
