why is "Build under pause mode" removed???

why is "Build under pause mode" removed???

I downloaded Nightly rev134b a week ago, and the first thing i noticed is that I can't build under the pause any more. Why??? It was very useful, especially when upgrading trains, tracks and stuff...
so, why :?:

Pause button have been there, try to download the latest nightlie.

It is not removed, it is in the "cheat" menu, which you can reach with CTRL+ALT+C. Which you would have known if you would read some posts before posting a question.
