[GS] Proper way to extend GSTown::TownAction?

I am new to developing for OpenTTD.
And have a question about extending/mixin default classes.
What is the proper way to extend GSTown::TownAction (https://docs.openttd.org/gs-api/classGS ... c258ab6423) enum and make it availavle thru town menu?

There is no way to extend this currently, but it does seem like something that should be made possible (no idea how at moment)
He's like, some kind of OpenTTD developer.
