Steel mill suddenly not accepting Scrap Metal

I've been running this station for most of the game and suddenly i noticed my trains were getting a dip in their income, and saw that when they ended up in the Steel Mill (Accumula Town Furnace) They would just sit there for a good few minutes and then turn around. Some of the lines that "unload all and refit to steel" are able to make a profit, but the station still says it is accepting scrap metal so I'm not sure what's going on.

i haven't looked at your savegame, but the most common problem is some industry near the destination is producing the cargo that is meant to be dropped off, which fills up your vehicles and cannot be dropped off anywhere. using "unload and leave empty" helps in these cases

That might be it, there is a scrap yard nearby that i tried to connect a shorter way and the new stops may have overlapped
